Tracking Your Order

• As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package live.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If you purchased our Route-Insured Shipping Protection at checkout, your package is 100% covered. In the rare event that local or international couriers lose, steal, or damage your package, contact us immediately with your order number and we will dispatch a brand-new replacement package completely free of charge.
